January 10, 2024 by Ben

Monday 1/1:

Lunch: Homemade Pizza and Haribo Candy Cane Gummies

Rationale: It was a quick lunch that had a holiday type of dessert.

Snack: Pork Carnitas Nachos

Rationale: My family made this for me and I enjoy pork carnitas in nachos that have dairy-free cheese

Dinner: Arby’s: Chicken nuggets, curly fries, and apple turnover.

Rationale: I really enjoyed eating allergy-free @ Arby’s.

Tuesday 1/2:

Lunch: Pork Carnitas Nachos and SkinnyPop Hot Cocoa popcorn

Rationale: Yes, the SkinnyPop has dairy-free Hot Cocoa popcorn. SkinnyPop has plenty of vegan options for popcorn, & I really enjoy that part of it.

Dinner: McDonalds: McNuggets and Apple pie

Rationale: The McNuggets & Apple Pie are a go-to meal for me because I can count on this food combination to be dairy-free and taste really good at the same time.

Snack: pork carnita Nachos

Rationale: it’s so good I had to eat it twice.

Wednesday 1/3:

Lunch: Leftover Black Pepper Chicken

Rationale: I ate this as a leftover meal before I went into work. My family and I ate Chinese on New Year’s Eve and I just ate the leftovers today.

Dinner: Burger King: Whopper w/ bacon and French Fries

Rationale: I really enjoyed a nice meal on my dinner break at work.

Snack: Oreos

Rationale: I love Oreos that are dairy-free and I can eat them. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Thursday 1/4:

Lunch: Corn Dogs and Skittles

Rationale: it is hard to find dairy-free corn dogs, but Foster Farms big corn dogs are dairy-free. Top that off with skittles and you have yourself a meal.

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Stir Fry meal, crispy crown potatoes, and hostess apple pie

Rationale: A cheap dairy-free meal that is healthy and not healthy at the same time. It was a pretty balanced meal in my definition of a  balanced meal. Some junk food, some healthy food.

Snack: Buffalo Wild Wings

Rationale: I love Buffalo Wild Wings and a bogo boneless wings, plus hanging out with friends, what’s not to like?

Friday 1/5:

Lunch: Leftover Bdubs

Rationale: with it being Bogo boneless wing night I ate this for leftovers, can’t complain at all.

Dinner: Nachos, raisins, & gummy bears

Rationale: My Mom made taco beef and made it on nachos w/ my dairy-free cheese. Raisins & gummy bears work with it as well.

Saturday 1/6:

Lunch: Corn Dogs & Gummy Bears

Rationale: I enjoy this meal, plus it is a quick lunch as well!

Dinner: Southern Style Chicken Sandwiches, crispy crown potatoes, & gummy Krabby patties

Rationale: I found the chicken sandwiches at my local Walmart and I really enjoyed them. I would buy it again. I found Crispy Crown potatoes & gummy Krabby patties, which I eat quite a bit. It is a cheap meal that is affordable.

Sunday 1/7

Breakfast: Strawberry Milkshake Pop Tarts

Rationale: A quick breakfast for the morning! I helped out at my local church.

Lunch: Pizza, carrots, & Brownies

Rationale: it was really good and I was able to order pizza that was dairy-free. My Pizza Hut location goes above and to make sure my pizza is dairy-free. Order on the Pizza Hut app and go into the special instructions and type in your allergy.
