Rationale: The Green Thing on the left (After explaining what I ate to my Mom I discovered the green thing is Wasabi) was really nasty. I didn’t like it. I loved the Avocado & Cucumber Sushi Roll, Soup, Hibachi With Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Vegetables, & Fried Rice. The Meats were tender, hot, & fresh. When I come back I’ll make sure not to get Wasabi because I didn’t like it.

Rationale: My server named Ben (funny how that works) was amazing. He asked me whether I had food allergies and accommodated my meal. I went on godairyfree.org and they had a Benihana allergen menu. They warned me they used butter for the fried rice and to make sure I got my fried rice without butter. Benihana went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe!!!
