I went to the Golden Corral for the first time in years. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Food Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: I loved their fries. The Ribs, Fried Chicken, & the Green Beans were good as well.
Allergy Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: They have an allergen statement plus you can look at the allergens on their website. You can also find allergens on the food labels on the buffet.
It was nice to see they take food allergies seriously. I would rely more on their website. I saw an apple cobbler labeled with and without dairy.
I would advise caution because there is a risk of cross contamination. They had separate utensils for each dish at the buffet. Which is a good sign of course.
Overall I think Golden Corral is a great place and I had no allergic reactions eating here tonight.
