This local restaurant has lots of different names. Mi Tradicion was the name I found on Google! I was shocked to see that the sign said La Tradicion. I still had a positive experience despite the sign confusion.
Food Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: I really enjoyed my steak tacos! I also really liked the Mexican Rice & the Chips were really good. I enjoyed the salsa I got with it as well.
Allergy Rating: 3 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: I’m glad I didn’t have an allergic reaction. I was nervous because I told the guy that I had a dairy allergy, then after that he asked me if I wanted cheese on my tacos. I said I was allergic to cheese and he understood and made the order correctly. It did give me some stress, but that’s alright. Communication & having a patience is a must for someone with food allergies.
The next thing is that they don’t have an allergen menu on their website.

Overall I think they did an alright job. Not the best, but not the worst either. If you want to try this place please make sure you communicate and you should be fine.

BJ’s Brewhouse & Restaurant is in Dublin, Ohio right next to Tuttle Mall. I’ll be honest the food wasn’t bad!

Rationale: They have an online allergen menu and an easy website to online order on! I can write that I had a dairy allergy on the order. I thought the restaurant took me seriously! I had no allergic reaction (also good)! The only thing is that I didn’t see the regular buns allergens. I went with the gluten-free bun because I saw it was dairy-free. That’s the only reason why I gave this place a 4 out of 5 Stars.
All in All I highly recommend you try BJ’s Brewhouse and Restaurant!!

I have had Applebee’s multiple times in my life. It’s a famous American food place with locations across the great USA 🇺🇸

Rationale: Their burger and fries were very delicious. I have also had their boneless wings and waffle fries before as well. I have never had bad food here at Applebee’s.

I sometimes get my haircut at the Sports Clips (next to the restaurant) and I have always been wondering if Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern would be dairy-free. Turns out it was and it was a great experience!

Rationale: Wow! That burger on a whole wheat bun with just the beef patty and the bacon was amazing. That burger was juicy and delicious. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Their fries were really good as well. They have amazing food here!

Rationale: I was amazed by the receipt saying dairy allergy. I have seen several restaurants do this for me and it makes me feel safe when they do so. The people over there were very nice.
The only thing missing is an online allergen menu.

The Wild Ginger Asian Fusion was a restaurant that always intrigued me. I’m so glad I came because it was really good!

Rationale: My Beef Fried Rice was amazing! I outgrew my egg allergy and I’m so happy I can enjoy the fried rice with the egg in it. The rice was soft and fluffy and the beef was very tender. It was so good!

Rationale: The Person on the phone was really nice and even called me when my order was ready! They don’t have an allergen menu on their website. That’s the only downer to this restaurant.

Have you been to the Wild Ginger Asian Fusion Restaurant before?

I tried a Pizza Restaurant that was recommended by a friend of mine. It’s called Jan & Tony’s out of Plain City, Ohio

Rationale: I really enjoyed my all meats pizza. It has sausage, ground beef, ham, & pepperoni. It was really good and my friend was right. Jan & Tony’s has really good pizza!

Rationale: The lady taking my order did a great job of telling kitchen I had a dairy allergy. She told me they used separate utensils to cook my pizza. That’s awesome. The only thing that would make this better is if they had an allergen menu on their website.

Dave & Buster’s Allergen Menu:

Dave & Buster’s really surprised me in so many ways. I’m not joking it’s really shocking!
Food Rating: 3 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: Very Limited Menu! There weren’t a lot of Dairy-Free Options. I had the black bean burger with no cheese on a gluten-free bun. If you don’t get the Eat & Play Combo you can order the Kickin’ Chicken Potstickers that are Dairy-Free.
All the sides have dairy or peanuts (unless you live in Puerto Rico or Hawaii). You can get Red Beans in Puerto Rico & White Rice in Hawaii.
The Blistered Chili Green Beans are dairy-free but have Peanuts in it. I’m also allergic to peanuts. I’m shocked by that! I never even thought someone would put peanuts in green beans.

Rationale: I will say they partnered with FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) to create the allergen menu! I have never seen someone include FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) on their allergen menu. That was awesome to see. They’re very honest about what you can and can’t eat. Though I’m sure a lot of you thought I would have given Dave & Buster’s a lower allergy rating. I gave them a 5 out of 5 Stars because of Dave & Buster’s having a great allergen menu and a great process.

I was running errands with my brother and we were deciding on where to go and we wanted to try Firehouse Subs.

Rationale: I really enjoyed my steak sandwich. I felt like it was the perfect sized sandwich. I also really enjoyed eating Fritos.

Rationale: They use the Nutrition Nix Food Allergy Wizard. You put in your allergens and it tells you what you can eat. It’s so easy and there are many chain restaurants who use this platform and it’s awesome!
Have you tried Firehouse Subs before?

I have heard my Mom & my Sister say great things about this restaurant, as well as my young adult group leader at my local church. I have never eaten Greek food before so I decided to try something new this spring.

Rationale: I love their fries 🍟 but that Gyro was just as good as my fries. I have never tried lamb before in my entire life. I actually enjoyed the taste of lamb & would eat it again.

Rationale: They have an allergen menu & they changed their gloves. Agape reminds me of a Greek/Mediterranean Chipotle. Plus, you get to see them make your order just like at Chipotle.
I highly recommend trying Agape and I was really impressed with my food.

Herencia Jalisco Mexican Restaurant is on Hayden Run Road in Hilliard, Ohio. Hilliard’s a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.
I did a Flyer’s Pizza Allergy & Restaurant Review last Saturday and I saw this restaurant & I thought to myself I want to try this one too.
Food Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars
Rationale: The Steak Nachos were really good! I ordered my food for carryout and put some dairy-free sour cream and dairy-free cheese when I got home. I really enjoyed my food and I have no complaints about the food at all!

Rationale: I have no idea if they’re a new restaurant in the area but they have no website (though they have a menu through Google) that means no allergen menu. I didn’t get an allergic reaction and I’m very happy about that.
